The preparations for the new season have begun again. We are glad to let you know that the special exposition by the late Maïté Duval can also be visited in the coming season (provided we are allowed to open in view of anti-corona measures).
Furthermore we welcome the following new international artists:

From Belgium:

From the Netherlands:
Hermien Buytendijk
Cor de Ree
Jacob Bos

In 2020 we were very honoured to have been given the opportunity to present you our special Exhibition 'Ainsi Soit-elle' by Maïté Duval, a postume tribute to a feeling artist who sadly passed away November 2nd 2019. We are happy to be able to also present Maïté's Skulptures in 2021.

Please visit our spotlight page to learn more about this interesting artist.

Or even better, come visit us and meet Maïté as well as our returning and our new artists through their art.

I hope to see you soon!

Skulpturengarten Gerolstein

Introduction

Skulpturengarten Gerolstein is a rather new sculpture garden in the village Niedereich part of municipality Gerolstein in the German Vulkaneifel. The garden first opened last June 30st 2018 at 14:00 hours. The opening speech in 2018 was held (in German) by Mr. Oswald Weber, local community leader at the time, and Mr. Friedhelm Bongartz, city mayor at the time of the Gerolstein municipality.
In 2019 the season's opening speech was held (in German) by Mr. Hans-Peter Böffchen, the mayor of the association of municipalities (German: Verbandsgemeinde) Gerolstein.
In 2020 there was no season's opening due to the corona pandemic. Sadly, also in 2021 the season's opening will be omitted.
You are welcome to visit us within opening hours or after prior agreement! See the menu item Opening hours.
